I still don't think this sounds remotely fun.
Which makes it that much more remarkable that she has just run her third marathon.
Way to go lil' sis. Keep it up. Hope you didn't do too much damage on that leg.

GREAT JOB LITLE MUSCLES!!! Well you did better than I would have, I ran from my apartment to Mom and Dad's house, about 6 miles would you say? and my knees killed me after that and it took me just over an hour to do. So good job and keep working hard! I expect to see you cross the Boston finish line one of these days.
